Lakhvinder David Takhar ™ center for advanced studies ™ (Lakhvinder ™) is a research-driven Science, Design & Technology Organization dedicated to pure fundamental exploration and application of the sciences, to delve deeper and deeper into the undiscovered frontier beyond human knowledge and understanding. We believe that the insatiable call to go forth into the frontier is a fundamental endowment at the very core of human nature. To deny it, is to deny the future and to invite darkness of the soul, the mind and the human condition. It is in this frontier that we find the light which inspires our minds and sets our souls free. As we explore the magnificent splendor of the universe and all of existence, we discover the truths and beauty of the unknown which propels us into the next frontiers as we discover, and are inspired to, that which allows us to bring light to the darkness, to bring hope, prosperity, freedom and joy. Economic prosperity is, and must be, a natural by-product as well as a responsibility and a necessary tool.

Introduction

Lakhvinder Singh Takhar is the founding chief executive, scientist, designer & technologist of Lakhvinder David Takhar center for advanced studies since inception on August 1, 1986. Mr. Takhar stands with an operational experience of over a quarter century of global engagement in the transdisciplinary application of science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics, high performance computing and informatics to enterprises in commerce, finance, industrial, education, government, military, intelligence, entertainment, marketing, social, humanitarian, crisis management and special operations.

The portfolio of the Organization represents the personal body of work of Mr. Takhar. Specializing in non-trivial high-security operations, much of his work remains confidential. We shall discuss here, some of his publicly disclosed body of work.
