Who We Are

Lakhvinder David Takhar ™ center for advanced studies ™ (Lakhvinder ™) is a research-driven Science, Design & Technology Organization dedicated to pure fundamental exploration and application of the sciences, to delve deeper and deeper into the undiscovered frontier beyond human knowledge and understanding. We believe that the insatiable call to go forth into the frontier is a fundamental endowment at the very core of human nature. To deny it, is to deny the future and to invite darkness of the soul, the mind and the human condition. It is in this frontier that we find the light which inspires our minds and sets our souls free. As we explore the magnificent splendor of the universe and all of existence, we discover the truths and beauty of the unknown which propels us into the next frontiers as we discover, and are inspired to, that which allows us to bring light to the darkness, to bring hope, prosperity, freedom and joy. Economic prosperity is, and must be, a natural by-product as well as a responsibility and a necessary tool.

Lakhvinder is an environment conducive to rapid progress in theory and producing solid, consistent results in applicability across the many facets of the big puzzle. Lakhvinder stands with a quarter century of global engagement in the transdisciplinary application of science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics, high performance computing and informatics to enterprises in commerce, finance, industrial, education, government, military, intelligence, entertainment, marketing, social, humanitarian, crisis management and special operations. At Lakhvinder, we do not believe in narrowing horizons by cutting the puzzle into pieces, this serves only to limit vision. We believe that only the clear eye can find the solutions to the problems and challenges faced in the international marketplace. Our Business Model

Lakhvinder is a private, for-profit organization operating upon a business model consisting of three operating nodes (science, applied science and humanitarian) with two nodal flows (revenue-stream and innovation-stream).

The applied science node is the profit-generator and the source of the revenue-stream. This node delivers research-driven applied science as;

• RADDS (research, analysis, design, development and special operations) through multiple contractual mechanisms of engagement.
• technologies licensing.
• complex technical supercomputing services (grid, utility, cloud).

The applied science node also serves as;

• a node providing for an in situ testbed.
• a node providing for the discovery of global innovation needs.

The science node is the self-sustaining source of the innovation-stream which drives the applied science & humanitarian nodes.

The humanitarian node is the self-sustaining realm which, from a business view, serves as;

• a node providing for an in situ testbed.
• a node providing for the discovery of global innovation needs.
• a means of global innovation projection & influence.

Working With Us

Specializing in non-trivial, high-security, fail-safe mission-critical operations and crisis management, Lakhvinder conducts operations 24 hours per day, 7 days per week on weekdays, weekends and holidays. Lakhvinder has attracted a diverse clientele from government, academia, national labs, Fortune 500, genetics firms, biotechnology firms and medical equipment firms to aerospace, consumer products, entertainment and pharmaceuticals firms. Flexible mechanisms of contractual and operational engagement allow for the transparent and seamless interface or integration of Lakhvinder with, or within, your Organization. These mechanisms allow for the design of a seamless engagement tailored for you with factors; from objective, to objective class, mission depth, autonomy, and depth of integration for personnel and communications (C5I); and depth of involvement from mission assessment, to profile development, planning, rehearsal, training, studies, capabilities R&D, technologies R&D, logistics and advisory consulting, to the focused execution of specific operations and objectives or total mission dedication for the most challenging aspects of your mission.
